Description -
DurianBB International is in search of bright, aspiring dessert chefs who will create the next viral-worthy durian dessert. Based on genuine durian paste, aspiring chefs are required to design a dessert that can be prepared in a centralised kitchen, using modern and innovative dessert-making techniques. In order to scour the best dessert chef across four major cities in Asia, participating chefs will have to go through two rounds of shortlisting.
